Authorizes children's overnight camps, summer day camps, and traveling summer day camps to allow operators and employees to administer over-the-counter and prescription medications to children

Covers emergency condition treatments including asthma medications, anaphylaxis treatments (such as epinephrine), and seizure medications

Requires camp staff to act under the direction and authority of a parent, legal guardian, legal custodian, or authorized adult caregiver

Exempts these camp medication administration activities from restrictions under the education law regarding who may administer medications

Implementation subject to rules and regulations to be promulgated by the Commissioner of Health
