Requires the Commissioner of Education to establish a school-based teen dating violence prevention program in collaboration with the Department of Health, Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, and relevant organizations

Program must include age-appropriate model curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional resources covering healthy relationship behaviors, warning signs of teen dating violence, and local community resources for affected teens

All program materials must be made publicly available on the Education Department's website and provided free of charge to school districts, BOCES, charter schools, and nonpublic schools upon request

Commissioner must issue guidance memorandums to all schools encouraging collaboration with local organizations and development of policies for responding to teen dating violence incidents

Annual reminders about available prevention materials must be sent to schools during teen dating violence awareness and prevention month

Takes effect July 1st following enactment
