Allows insurers to limit the benefit to $2,500 per hearing aid for each hearing-impaired ear every 36 months

Mandates that hearing aids must be fitted and dispensed by an audiologist registered as a hearing aid dispenser or a registered hearing aid dispenser

Prohibits insurers from limiting or denying coverage based on the style, brand, or circuit type of hearing aid

Takes effect on January 1st following enactment, applying to all policies issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after that date
