Prohibits frequency caps or other limitations on such testing for ovarian cancer survivors

Requires coverage for testing of BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations and genetic mutations associated with Lynch syndrome

Mandates rearrangement analysis of all coding exons associated with ovarian cancer

Allows additional mutation testing if determined medically necessary and appropriate by the treating health care professional
