Defines "ongoing construction project" as one where workers utilize the sidewalk shed at least 10 days per month over the year immediately preceding the renewal request

Mandates contractors submit documentation showing dates and times construction employees have utilized the sidewalk shed when seeking permit renewal

Imposes a civil penalty of up to $1,000 for contractors who submit false or misleading documentation in support of permit renewal

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law
