Amends Social Services Law section 364-j regarding Medicaid waiver services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and those qualifying for nursing home diversion and transition services

Delays the transition of nursing home diversion and transition services into managed care programs until at least January 1, 2027

Separates the treatment of traumatic brain injury services from nursing home diversion services in the statute, creating distinct provisions for each

Takes effect on the same date as the related 2024 law (S. 2867/A. 7369) concerning services for traumatic brain injury patients
