Military voters may use the electronic system as an alternative to mail or in-person delivery for submitting voter registration applications, ballot applications, and completed ballots

Applications and ballots submitted through the electronic system are considered filed on the calendar date the voter initially transmits them

County and New York City boards of elections must maintain systems capable of receiving and processing military ballot applications and marked ballots, including digital signatures, per State Board specifications
