Permits pharmacists and nurses to refuse dispensing if they determine potential adverse effects, drug interactions, or therapeutic complications could endanger the patient's health

Mandates that insurance policies covering prescription contraception must also cover abortion medication, whether obtained through a standard prescription or through the non-patient specific order system

Takes effect 18 months after becoming law, with insurance provisions applying to policies issued, renewed, or modified after the effective date
