Modifies the filing window for designating petitions in 2026 only, requiring them to be filed not earlier than the thirteenth Monday and not later than the twelfth Monday before the primary election

Adjusts the signature collection period for 2026, invalidating signatures made earlier than 41 days before the filing deadline or later than the twelfth Thursday before the primary election

Takes effect January 1, 2026 and automatically expires on December 31, 2026, making these changes temporary for one election cycle only
