Defines "military-connected student" as K-12 students in households of active duty military members, military reserves, national guard members, or recently discharged military members enrolling in New York for the first time

Requires qualifying schools to designate a staff member as military liaison responsible for identifying military-connected students, determining available campus services, and coordinating relevant programs

Mandates schools maintain a website page with resources for military families including information on enrollment, academic planning, counseling services, and contact information for the military liaison

Schools must also offer professional development for staff on military-connected student issues, maintain student-led transition programs, and demonstrate official support through resolutions recognizing "Month of the Military Child" (April) or "Military Family Month" (November) or partnerships with local military installations
