Raises the weekly benefit from 67% to 100% of the employee's average weekly wage

Increases the cap on benefits from 67% to 80% of the New York state average weekly wage

Removes the previous restriction that combined family leave and disability benefits could not exceed 26 weeks in the same 52-week period

Takes effect immediately upon passage
