Requires all health insurance policies providing hospital, surgical, or medical care to offer full coverage for annual ovarian cancer testing for high-risk individuals, including FDA-approved testing, transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic exams, and other exams regardless of whether symptoms are present

Prohibits insurers from applying annual deductibles or coinsurance to ovarian cancer testing coverage; costs must be borne solely by the insurer

Adds ovarian cancer testing to Medicaid coverage under the social services law for individuals at risk or high-risk

Requires primary care providers (physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, midwives) to screen patients for signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer and provide educational materials developed by the Department of Health

Takes effect January 1 following enactment, applying to new, renewed, or modified insurance policies after that date
