Amends the workers' compensation law to add recovery after a stillbirth as a qualifying reason for paid family leave benefits

Expands the definition of "family leave" to include a new category (c) specifically for stillbirth recovery, in addition to existing categories for caring for ill family members, bonding with newborns/adopted children, and military family exigencies

Takes effect on January 1st following the September after the bill becomes law

Applies to all insurance policies or contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after the effective date
