Amends the public authorities law to require electric vehicle charging stations throughout New York State to include at least one space large enough to accommodate wheelchair accessible electric vehicles, including vans and minivans

Changes existing language from requiring multiple accessible "spaces" to requiring "at least one space" per charging station location

Maintains the Power Authority trustees' discretion to design, finance, develop, construct, install, lease, operate, and maintain EV charging stations as "deemed feasible and advisable"

Continues requirement for the authority to annually post website reports on EV charging station activities, including total number of stations, locations, and associated costs

Takes effect on the same date as the related 2024 law (S. 8979/A. 7091) regarding wheelchair accessible EV charging accommodations
