Establishes mandatory minimum jail sentences for willful violations of orders of protection that involve committing a family offense: 5 days minimum for a first violation, 15 days minimum for a second violation, and 30 days minimum for three or more violations

Sentences may be served on specified days or parts of days as directed by the court, allowing for intermittent incarceration

Applies to violations in domestic relations cases, family court proceedings, and criminal proceedings involving orders of protection

Amends the Domestic Relations Law, Family Court Act, and Criminal Procedure Law to implement these mandatory sentencing requirements

Takes effect on the first of November following enactment into law
