Maintains existing minimum speed limits of 25 mph for area-wide limits, with exceptions for school zones (15 mph minimum within 1,320 feet of school buildings) and specific communities in Nassau County

Preserves existing special provisions allowing 15 mph speed limits in designated areas of Long Beach, Point Lookout, Lido Beach, and city parks in Buffalo and Rochester
