Amends a 2024 law on Down syndrome diagnosis awareness to require the Department of Health to provide evidence-based information about Down syndrome electronically through its website rather than in written format to healthcare providers

Required information includes physical, developmental, educational, and psychosocial outcomes; life expectancy; clinical course; intellectual and functional development; intervention options; hotlines; resource centers; and Down syndrome organizations

Changes the requirement for the commissioner to meet with Down syndrome community representatives from "annually" to "as necessary" to ensure information remains current

Delays the effective date of the original 2024 law from "immediately" to 180 days after becoming law

Maintains requirement that information be culturally and linguistically appropriate for all recipients
