Directs the Commissioner of Education to conduct a study on ecological literacy and healthy living curriculum in all public and private schools serving grades K-12 in New York State

Study must examine all offered ecological literacy and healthy living classes, when such instruction became available at each school, and the specific forms it takes

Requires documentation of any specific ecological literacy and healthy living programs at each school, including extracurricular activities offered

Commissioner must deliver a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, Assembly Speaker, and minority leaders within one year of the act taking effect
