Prohibits savings and loan associations from revoking or blocking a borrower's access to residential real estate credit line financing if the borrower is current on their repayments

Amends the Real Property Law to prevent authorized lenders from revoking or blocking access to credit line mortgages for borrowers who are current on their payments

Applies to credit line mortgages used for residential real estate within New York State

Takes effect immediately upon passage
