Eliminates specific exemption categories including the $12,000 vehicle value limit, $1,500 funeral agreement limit, and designated savings accounts for vehicles or education

Replaces the detailed list of exempt resources with a blanket exemption for all assets held by the household

Takes effect immediately upon passage
