The trail follows state and local highways through Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Clinton, Franklin, and Essex counties, ending at Raquette River Brewing in the Adirondacks

Requires the Commissioner of Transportation to install and maintain signage along the designated route, with sign placement determined by local municipalities

Establishes the designation as ceremonial only, meaning official highway names will not be changed

Takes effect immediately upon passage
