Eliminates the requirement for domestic violence liaisons to assess the "credibility" of an individual's assertion of domestic violence, including the previous requirement for sworn statements or corroborating evidence

Allows victims of domestic violence to receive services and program requirement waivers based on self-attestation rather than verified claims

Requires domestic violence liaisons to grant appropriate waivers of public assistance requirements (including residency, child support cooperation, and employment/training requirements) based on the individual's attestation that domestic violence is a barrier to compliance

Maintains that exemptions from the 60-month federal benefit limit still require independently verified physical or mental impairment resulting from domestic violence

Preserves existing confidentiality protections, prohibiting release of domestic violence victim information to outside parties without written authorization or legal requirement
