Establishes a three-year job fair pilot program for incarcerated individuals within six months of release to help them find employment

Job fairs must be held at least three times per year at Wende and New York City correctional facility hubs, with coordinators appointed at each location

Provides resume preparation, internet job searches, interview advice, and other job skills assistance, with employers and industry representatives invited to participate

Individuals at Albion, Taconic, or Bedford Correctional Facilities are excluded from the pilot but must be offered enhanced job search opportunities as practicable

Requires annual evaluations including recidivism statistics, attendance numbers, employers participating, and jobs offered, with reports due to the legislature by December 31st each year and recidivism tracking continuing three years after the pilot ends
