Requires the Department of Health to conduct a study on accidents involving non-electric bikes, electric bikes, and electric scooters that resulted in emergency medical services at hospitals

Study must include data from each hospital on the number of individuals who received emergency care due to these types of accidents within the prior year

Department of Health must consult with hospitals throughout the state to gather data for the study

Report must be submitted to the Senate Temporary President, Assembly Speaker, and Governor within one year of the act's effective date

Takes effect immediately upon passage
