Amends Correction Law Section 627 to require breast cancer screening and diagnostic testing for incarcerated individuals following nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines, rather than the previous standard of routine mammograms every two years

Screening frequency can be modified if otherwise recommended by a physician

Applies to all state and local correctional facilities as well as any facility where individuals are detained or confined by law enforcement agencies

Defines "nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines" as evidence-based guidelines developed by independent organizations or medical professional societies using transparent methodology and conflict-of-interest policies

Services must be provided at no cost to incarcerated individuals
