Establishes a dentist loan repayment program with up to $1.2 million annually from April 2025 through March 2028 for dentists who commit to practicing in underserved communities for at least three years

Creates a dentist practice support program with up to $3 million annually for the same three-year period to help dentists establish or join practices in underserved areas and assist hospitals in recruiting dentists

Allocates funding regionally with one-third going to New York City and two-thirds to the rest of the state, with at least 50% of funds in each program distributed to general hospitals

Provides loan repayment awards of up to $50,000 per year for three years, or up to $70,000 per year for dentists in private practice in underserved areas

Prioritizes funding for dentists trained in general or pediatric dentistry at teaching general hospitals and community clinic settings affiliated with such hospitals
