Amends Public Health Law section 2807 to require the Department of Health to include ovulation enhancing drugs in the alternative payment methodology for federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics

Applies to covered entities under Section 340B of the federal Public Health Service Act (42 USC § 256b), which allows qualifying health care organizations to purchase outpatient drugs at reduced prices

Mandates coverage of the cost of all ovulation enhancing drugs dispensed by these covered entities

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
