Designates the district attorney of Hamilton county as a full-time position, requiring the officeholder to devote full attention to official duties

Prohibits the Hamilton county district attorney from engaging in private law practice, acting as an arbitrator, referee, or compensated mediator

Prohibits conducting any other profession or business that interferes with performance of district attorney duties

Amends County Law section 700, adding Hamilton county to the list of counties with mandatory full-time district attorneys regardless of population threshold

Currently, counties under 100,000 population require board of supervisors designation for full-time status; this bill exempts Hamilton county from that requirement
