Requires all members of the legislature and candidates for legislative office to file their annual financial disclosure statements electronically in a readable, searchable, and downloadable format

Directs the Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government to make available an editable, electronic, readable, and searchable version of the annual financial disclosure form by January 1, 2026

Updates gendered language throughout the financial disclosure form, replacing "his or her" and "he or she" with gender-neutral terms like "the reporting individual" and "the reporting individual's"

Maintains existing disclosure requirements covering income, assets, securities, real property, liabilities, outside positions, client information, and gifts for legislators and candidates

Electronic filing requirement takes effect January 1, 2027
