Adults (16 years and older) receive up to $3,000 in reimbursement every 36 months for up to two hearing aids

Children (under 16) receive up to $2,000 every 24 months for up to two hearing aids, with additional coverage available if hearing changes significantly and existing aids no longer correct the loss

Coverage includes wearable hearing devices, parts, attachments, and accessories, as well as recasing, reshelling, and new molds, but excludes batteries and cords

Insured persons may choose higher-cost hearing aids and pay the difference; standard policy provisions like deductibles and coinsurance apply
