The Department of Health must maintain a searchable online list of primary care providers by zip code, including federally qualified health centers, providers serving Medicaid and low-income patients, and information on cultural and linguistic capabilities

Pharmacists must retain records of test results and treatment, and report this information to the patient's designated physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner unless the patient directs otherwise

The law takes effect immediately and automatically expires on April 1, 2028
