Allows physicians licensed under Education Law Article 131 to form multidisciplinary professional service LLCs, professional corporations, and limited liability partnerships with practitioners from other health professions including podiatry, pharmacy, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, speech-language pathology, audiology, and applied behavior analysis

Requires each member of a multidisciplinary health services entity to be licensed under Title Eight of the Education Law and practice only within their own professional scope as defined by their enabling statute

Prohibits members from interfering with the clinical judgment of other members or ordering another member to practice beyond their licensed scope of practice

Removes previous requirements that licensed clinical social workers and applied behavior analysts form single-profession LLCs, allowing them to join multidisciplinary practices

Exempts multidisciplinary services practices formed under these provisions from Public Health Law Article 28 hospital licensing requirements and permits pooling of fees among participating professionals
