Requires the State Board of Elections and State Education Department to jointly examine, evaluate, and make recommendations on the safety of students and staff at schools used as polling places

Authorizes both agencies to request and receive assistance and data from any state or local government entity to carry out the study

Mandates submission of a joint report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within six months of the act taking effect

Report must include any regulatory and legislative proposals deemed necessary to implement the recommendations
