Requires these school entities to maintain and test epinephrine auto-injector devices according to manufacturer standards and government agency requirements

Mandates schools notify their regional council of the existence, location, and type of any epinephrine auto-injector devices they possess

Requires posting of signs at main entrances indicating where epinephrine auto-injector devices are stored within the building

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
