Defines "iatrogenic infertility" as impairment of fertility caused by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatments affecting reproductive organs or processes

Amends Section 365-a of the social services law by adding a new paragraph (nn) to existing Medicaid coverage requirements

Officially titled the "Fertility Protection Act"

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
