Requires businesses selling kratom to post conspicuous signage stating "SALE OF KRATOM TO PERSONS UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE IS PROHIBITED BY LAW" in red letters at least one-half inch in height

Mandates age verification through government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, or other governmental/educational institution ID), though verification is not required if the buyer reasonably appears to be at least 25 years old

Directs the Commissioner of Health to conduct a study on kratom's health risks, benefits, and effects, with a report due to the Governor and legislative leaders within one year of the act's effective date
