Adds care and services provided by child advocacy centers to the list of standard coverage benefits for Medicaid recipients in New York

Child advocacy centers must be established under section 423-a of the social services law and licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized by the Office of Children and Family Services to qualify

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law

Authorizes state agencies to begin developing necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage to prepare for implementation
