Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to include information about the National Marrow Donor Program (mailing address, phone number, and website) on driver's license and non-driver ID applications and renewal forms

Mandates that the DMV website be updated to provide National Marrow Donor Program contact information and a description of its purpose

Adds a definition of "bone marrow contact information" to the Election Law and requires voter registration applications to include notification about the National Marrow Donor Program

Allows the DMV to implement paper form changes when current stock is depleted, rather than requiring immediate replacement of existing forms

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with rulemaking authority granted immediately to prepare for implementation
