Mandates landlords notify applicants at least 24 hours before using automated screening tools, including disclosure of what characteristics the tool evaluates, data sources, and retention policies

Requires landlords to provide the reason for denial if an application is rejected through an automated tool, and must allow applicants to request an alternative selection process or accommodation

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate suspected violations and initiate legal proceedings to mandate compliance or seek other appropriate relief
