Amends the New York Constitution to automatically revoke public pension membership for any public officer convicted through impeachment proceedings

Applies retroactively to include public officers convicted on impeachment before the amendment's effective date, unlike the existing felony-based pension forfeiture provision

Expands impeachment judgment consequences beyond removal from office to explicitly include revocation of any public pension membership

Requires passage by two consecutive legislative sessions and voter approval at a general election before taking effect

Updates gendered language in the impeachment trial procedures from "his or her" to "they" throughout Article 6, Section 24
