Prohibits employers, licensing agencies, and employment agencies from refusing to hire, discharging, or discriminating in compensation or employment terms based on a person's weight

Bars labor organizations from excluding, expelling, or discriminating against members or employers based on weight

Prohibits job advertisements, applications, or employment inquiries that express weight-based limitations unless based on a bona fide occupational qualification

Requires places of public accommodation, resorts, and amusement venues to serve all individuals regardless of weight, with an exception for weight restrictions where deviation could pose a safety threat to the individual, other patrons, or the public
