Extends timeframes for mental health assessments from 7 days to 14 days after placement in segregated confinement at level three and four facilities

Reduces required out-of-cell therapeutic treatment for incarcerated individuals with serious mental illness from 3 hours daily to 2 hours per day, five days a week

Allows food provided to incarcerated individuals in segregated confinement to differ from food supplied to those participating in facility programs
