Mandates camp staff at all children's camps provide operators with current immunization certificates for diphtheria, measles, meningococcal meningitis, mumps, pertussis, rubella, tetanus, and varicella

Provides a medical exemption allowing a health practitioner to certify that immunization would be detrimental to a child's or staff member's health, suspending requirements until immunization is no longer harmful

Updates written disclosure notices for non-regulated camps to clarify they are not required to follow Department of Health regulations regarding staffing ratios, medical personnel, or injury reporting

Takes effect on the first of October following enactment
