Amends three sections of the insurance law (sections 3216, 3221, and 4303) to ensure coverage applies to individual policies, group policies, and health maintenance organizations

Named the "Eli Parker Levitt Law"

Takes effect January 1, 2027, applying to policies issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after that date
