Expands the types of tests licensed pharmacists can order and administer beyond COVID-19 and influenza to include respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), Group A streptococcal pharyngitis (strep throat), HbA1c (diabetes screening), hepatitis C, and HIV tests

All authorized tests must be FDA-approved and subject to federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act waiver requirements

Extends the expiration date of the existing pharmacist testing authority from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028

Pharmacists remain qualified as health care professionals under public health law for purposes of directing limited service laboratories
