Allows plaintiffs with unsatisfied judgments to collect directly from co-defendants or third-party defendants who owe contribution or indemnification to the original defendant, after 30 days of non-payment

Permits plaintiffs to attach or take assignment of a defendant's contribution/indemnification claims and prosecute those claims in their own name or the defendant's name

Recovery against third parties is capped at the amount awarded for contribution or indemnification in the underlying judgment

Excludes claims that would be barred by Section 11 of the Workers' Compensation Law and prohibits plaintiffs from recovering against their own employer at the time of the incident

Applies to all judgments entered on or after the effective date, which is immediately upon enactment
