Adds election officers to the list of individuals eligible for New York's address confidentiality program, which allows participants to use a designated substitute address instead of their actual residence

Defines "election officer" by reference to section 1-104 of the election law

Requires the Secretary of State to designate county boards of elections to assist election officers in applying for the address confidentiality program

Expands the existing program that currently covers victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, kidnapping, sexual offenses, stalking, and reproductive health care providers and their families

Takes effect immediately upon passage
