Requires the chief administrator of courts to compile and publish data on family offenses, misdemeanors, and violations from all courts in the unified court system, including town and village courts

Mandates new data collection and reporting on landlord-initiated eviction filings (categorized by nonpayment vs. holdover, money judgments, and attorney representation) and tenant-initiated proceedings (repairs, restoration to occupancy, other relief)

Requires court data to be disaggregated by county and by individual court, with monthly updates posted on the Office of Court Administration website in digitally transmittable format

Establishes rules for record sharing and communication among all courts, including town and village courts, in family offense and order of protection cases with concurrent jurisdiction

Takes effect two years after becoming law
