Students 18 years or older, or those under 21 enrolling in adult education classes, must receive the information directly rather than through a parent/guardian

Defines "water safety" as age-appropriate education promoting safety in, on, and around bodies of water to reduce risk of fatal or non-fatal drowning injuries
