Department of Health must deliver a report with findings and analysis to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, and Assembly Speaker within one year of the act's effective date

Report must include recommendations for tattoo ink labeling and any suggested changes to laws, rules, or regulations based on the study's findings

Act takes effect immediately and automatically expires 2 years after becoming law
